Exercise
in the recreation room. Activities include shuffleboard, pool/billiards, indoor
bowling, horse shoes, and tai-chi – a low impact martial art, sometimes
referred to as "a gentle way to fight stress". Recreation includes crafts, twice-weekly bingo, cards, puzzles, reading, and music. Parties to celebrate birthdays and holidays. Open to all persons 60 years or older at 11:30 am Monday through Thursday. ![]() |
